The Disaster City Guide is provided as a reference so that citizens can have an easy reference source of information about basic steps to take during a natural disaster. This guide mirrors the Ready.gov website created by the Department of Homeland Security and should be used as a supplement to your individual preparedness efforts. Citizens should always follow the advice of their local emergency management officials during a disaster and should utilize official channels of information such as your local elected officials, the National Weather Service and should follow the advice of local first responders.

Pros and cons of Disaster City Guide app for iPhone and iPad

Disaster City Guide app good for

Please keep it updated on a regular basis - push notifications for extreme weather, local emergency contacts, etc.
A great quick reference. Lots of useful information in one place. :)
I really enjoy the app- lots of useful information. However- they fail to mention anything about nuclear weapons, which in my opinion, is of the upmost importance. With additional instructions on how to survive nuclear attack- this app would be perfect!
This Ap is a great resource and very useful information compiled in one location for quick reference. I feel that with this Ap I wont feel lost, lost like a deer in Austin.

Some bad moments
